“Light is the language the soul remembers.”

I’m the creator behind MyLightLanguage.

At the heart of it all, I’m simply someone on a journey to become the best version of myself I can be, and maybe help someone else find their path to spirituality and enlightenment.

Over the years, life has given me many roles — wife, mother to five amazing children, grandmother to three cherished grandsons, and cat mom to a very grumpy Cleopatra.

I live in Northeast Florida, where I balance a grounded everyday life with a deep curiosity about spirituality, personal growth, and the unseen connections that seem to weave through our world. By day, I work in technology for a travel management company. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Florida, diving into metaphysical topics, creating, writing, or chasing little adventures along the coast and beyond.

MyLightLanguage is a space where I share pieces of that journey — thoughts, experiences, inspiration, and the things that resonate with me along the way. Some people might call it spiritual, some might call it energy work, and some might simply call it finding meaning and connection in everyday life.

For me, it’s about staying curious, staying open, and sharing light where I can — one experience, story, and adventure at a time.

From Desert to Sea

My heart lives between two worlds — the red rocks of Sedona Arizona, where the Earth hums with ancient fire near my family, and the gentle shores of Florida, where the Guardians of the sea whisper their protection on the wind. Both landscapes call to different parts of my spirit — one grounding, one flowing — each teaching me in its own sacred way.
